I had not seen, or remembered, the pods before. I too like progressions and try to be aware of what plants look like when they first come up and also what they look like midwinter if I can find them.

Glad you are feeling better and glad you found the snake photos. I have been wanting a good copperhead photo for a painting that I am working on and the one you put up is the best I've seen in a long time.Ontario Wandererhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13766128144351262255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10013142.post-1124161116629664712005-08-15T21:58:00.000-05:002005-08-15T21:58:00.000-05:00Hope you are feeling better. That plant is scarier ...Hope you are feeling better.
That plant is scarier looking than the snakes..Happy and Blue 2https://www.blogger.com/profile/13805850124601332057noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10013142.post-1124158483176491342005-08-15T21:14:00.000-05:002005-08-15T21:14:00.000-05:00Great pics as always! We've had no shortage of rain.

Laura I know what you mean. I'm getting better at some of the springtime ones. It's the heat of the summer flowers I've not been out to visit much.

Charles - I must've had the mute button on! :)

Jude, it's native here, but I don't know that I'd put it in a garden. I like it in the wild though.

FC, great minds... :)

DPR, yup, I hadn't thought about it but you're right.Ruralityhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06616461213179182660noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10013142.post-1124154578475144432005-08-15T20:09:00.000-05:002005-08-15T20:09:00.000-05:00What a coinkydink!
