We're at the Homestead Hollow Christmas craft show in Springville this weekend with our handmade soap.
Then the next week it's the Christmas Village Festival in downtown Birmingham.
Afterwards I will probably want to lie down and rest for about a month, but that will probably have to wait until January.
Hey! Good luck to you! I'll be at the Designer/Craftsmen Show at the Botanical Gardens this weekend. Here's to hoping we'll both sell out!! Looks like we've got great weather too.
ReplyDeleteGood luck to you, I hope you sell lots of stuff so that you can take that break!
ReplyDeleteI love this time of the year...Craftshow Season! I know you're going to be busy. I hope you sell lots and lots of your soaps!
ReplyDeleteGood luck on the soap sales..
ReplyDeleteSpringville ... is the round, spring-fed pond full of giant carp still there? The water was so clear you could all the fish in the pond. It was a favorite stop in the 1960s, when my family made the long, long drive from Birmingham to Valley Head on Highway 11 to visit grandparents. Seems like someone told me that pond is gone.
ReplyDeleteA cold, clear stream ran out of the pond, with watercress and little black snails we called periwinkles. Maybe the stream, at least, is still there?
Wish I could come to look for it and buy your soap.
Best of luck to you and your sales.
ReplyDeleteI am heading down to Warrior for Thanksgiving. Yayyy! Too bad you won't be doing a show then or I could come over and introduce myself in person.
ReplyDeleteI am using the peach soap right nwo since the kudzu is all gone. Gotta try the lemon next.
