  5. Thanks. I don't know what it is that I find so attractive about dogwood bark. It's like a tiny mosaic. The moss in this one makes up the grout. :)

  7. I really like that photo. It makes me want to run out to some of our wild dogwoods and see if the bark looks the same as yours. We still don't have any blooms on ours...I'm hoping that by next week they will pop out.

    Strange illusion, but at first I thought it was an overhead photo of basalt columns. I've never really looked at the bark of a dogwood before.
