Living in rural north central Alabama. Currently overstocked with pets and poultry. Having lived in several small towns and larger cities, country life is taking some getting used to.
The photo is of Jasmine, fearless protector of the homestead from coyotes, bobcats, deer, herons, airplanes, butterflies and fuzzy little bunnies.

oh my gosh! now how cute is that. Makes me want to join in line.
Hope all is well with you and yours and things are getting back to somewhat normal.
THAT'S the Rurality I know.
Are we feeling a little better, then?
You will always be the Queen of the Blogs in my esteem. It's cuz of posts like this one.
I love the picture! Quack! Quack!
I love that photo. I've always wondered about that saying...now I know.
Those ducks are soooo cute!

PS Happy Early Birthday!
They just quack me up! ;-)
Such a cute photo.
Hope you are feeling better.
Such a great picture! What all manner of ducks do you have walking along in that line?
I recently trained my Muscovies to catch blackberries when I toss them, just like puppy dogs. Who knew?

Just charming, quack quack!
That picture is my life before marriage and kids. My ducks are delightfully askew these days. :)
Feeling a little better, yes thanks.
They are all Indian Runner ducks, except for the Mallard bringing up the rear. There is one more up ahead that didn't make the picture.
We have a couple of Muscovy ducks too, but they never hang out with these guys.
Oh Pablo I forgot to mention... I told my husband that he should address me as "your majesty" in the future, but he didn't go for it.

I needed that.
