Just how crammed are those berries? On the cram scale, to actually be called cramberry, I think there needs to be enough berries for that cheese to be a deeper red.
While perhaps not physically crammed, they are definitely crammed taste-wise.
It was quite good, although I still don't know if I like Wensleydale or not... practically all you can taste is the cran(/m)berries.
At the same time I got a cheese with lemon zest which was wonderful. But the two are not particularly good together, or with red wine.
Sometimes we just have cheese, wine, and bread/crackers for supper. So I like to have a variety. I think the others we have on hand are Jarlsberg, Dubliner, and a sheep's milk cheese.

Mmmm..really expensive cheese. Although I guess getting the cows to pass cranberries in their milk is an expensive proposition..
I think that's where the "cram" part comes in...

The funny thing is I'm fairly certain cramberries was an innocent misspelling but part of me has its doubts :-D

Why eat cheese that's only half-done, I say.
