As a Californian, I am quite good at hugging trees. Those look like good candidates for a little squeezing.

I'm not sure if you can tell or not but the first picture is of a tree root. The overturned stump was still clinging tightly to a couple of rocks!
heehee. A little glimpse of what goes on in the woods when we're not there. Cute photos.
neat pictures. i have one similar - a tree grew around a slab of rock, and when it got taller, it hauled the rock up with it. so, there's a couple hundred pound rock, hanging from a tree, about 4 feet off the ground. nifty!
Very nice tree photos. Of course, I'd love to see the one that didn't make it. The ways tree grow around each other can look quite sensual.

I don't know that your husband left the more benign picture up... those last trees look like they are trying to tango, and the tango is much sexier than most anything that could be described as "graphic!" :)
Maybe you should just point your game cam at these frisky trees and catch them when they think they are alone.
